About Studio 16 Design
‘My story and who I am, what I am about’
During college, Brad enrolled in a business program. Shortly after, he quickly found his creative side calling him to the landscape industry. After graduating Ole Miss business school, he furthered his education at Mississippi State in landscape architecture and construction. Brad’s passion for adventure and the outdoors has been the driving force behind his work in landscape architecture. While at MSU, he received an ASLA award of excellence for the Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum. This lead to his first job at Lambert’s in Dallas, TX. After nearly a decade in Dallas, Brad was looking for a new challenge. Nashville was booming at the same time an opportunity arose for Brad. Moving here in 2018, he began to plant roots and create his unique style. He brings a sense of intimacy and attention to detail infused in each of his projects. Brad is known for seamlessly interweaving sustainable landscapes, art, and architecture together. Brad’s designs highlight the experiential qualities of the built environment. Now, as the head of design at S16, he looks to continue to bring a creative passion for landscaping, art, and architecture to the Nashville community and surrounding regions.
